1.Winch recycle power

Adopts cho ept stream type water turbine driving, instead of side impact type water turbine structure, guarantee normal wor ept under the lower water pressure(0.4Mpa); its wor ept theory is high pressure water flow vertical impacting the impeller blade, water flow get the utmost of use, producing strong driving force, comparing with the side impacting type water turbine, in the same water pressure, the driving force can enhance 30%, spraying radius can enlarge 30% distance.

2.Reduction gear box

Adopts 6 gears structure design(all is 2 gears in this business line), recycling speed adjusting range within 4-65m/h, meet various crops watering quantity; under the same power condition, 6 gears reduction gear box has smaller resistance than the 2 gears gear box, equivalently adding at least 20% recycling power.

3.Spray gun

Italy imported XIMEI brand impeller type spray guns, quality is stable and reliable, long using life; Atomization effect can be adjusted at random, without hurt on the crops plant, spraying uniformity is more than 95%

4.Four wheel sprinkler wagon

Adopts four wheel wal ept structure, adding sprinkler wagon’s stability and loading; preventing the wal ept wheels sin ept because of wet and soft surface soil, decreasing the waling resistance; the width of wal ept wheel is 8cm, decreasing grinding crops during working.

5.Sprinkler wagon lifting equipment

the 4U-3 series Potato harvest machine/sweet potato harvesting equipment /batata/spanish potato harvester for farm is mainly used to harvest underground rootstock crops such as potatoes, garlic, sweet potatoes and peanuts. The machine has the characteristics of high harvesting efficiency, low damage rate, light operation, no vibration, no grass blocking, fast soil leakage, simple structure and long service life. The machine adopts a side-by-side automatic loading device to make up for the shortage of small harvesters that can not automatically collect crops, improve production efficiency and save manpower and material resources. The machine has obtained two patents for utility model and design approved by the National Patent Office.
The 4UQL-160 potato harvester consists of a frame, digging shovel, wor ept screen, gear box, drive shaft, traction hanger, suspension frame, depth limit wheel, rear tail wheel, rear lifting device and other components.
The tractor and the harvester are connected by a drive shaft and driven by the power output shaft of the tractor to drive the wor ept screen. The digging shovel will shovel the crops to be harvested.
